Foot-mounted vibration motors with a maximum centrifugal force of 9197 kgf (90.2 kN) are suitable for vibration machine manufacturers and other industrial sectors.

Miksan Motor's three-phase, foot-mounted vibration motors can operate with high performance in all situations and environments. These series also feature ATEX certification for Zones 21 and 22.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Power supply

The standard power supply for the vibration motors is 230 ∆/400 Y Volts and 50-60 Hz. Please contact us for the special voltage and frequency tariff.

electric motor

Electric motors for vibration motors have higher starting torques than three-phase asynchronous motors. The design takes into account the problem of overheating of the vibration motor, since there is no ventilation system.

polarity

Vibration motors are manufactured as standard in 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-pole versions.

Motor shaft

The motor shaft of the vibration motors is made of C45 structural steel.

rotor

The rotor is manufactured by injecting high-alloy aluminum into the channel of the packed silicon layer

Metal.

warehouse

The series with lower centrifugal force (from the VA to the VC series) are equipped with a deep groove ball bearing (2Z) with C3 internal clearance. The series with higher centrifugal force (from the VD to the VL series) are

Equipped with cylindrical roller bearings (NJ series) with C4 internal clearance. All bearings we have

used, are suitable for operation under severe conditions.

Eccentric weights

Depending on the type of vibration motor, the weights can be easily adjusted by turning or pulling them out.

Housing

The housing of the vibration motor is made of high-alloy aluminum from the VA to VE series. Spheroidal cast iron (GGG 50) is used for the housing of vibration motors with higher centrifugal force (from the VE series to the VL series).

Cover for eccentric weights

The eccentric weight covers are made of sheet metal up to the VK series. The VK and VL series feature aluminum weight covers. The purpose of the eccentric weight covers is to protect the eccentric weights from external influences and ensure safety.

Insulation class

The insulation class of our standard vibration motor is F-Class (155 °C).

Strength of protection

The protection class is IP 66.

lubrication

With the exception of vibration motors that use self-lubricating bearings (deep groove ball bearings – 2Z), the bearings of vibration motors (NJ series) are lubricated in our factory. In addition, the bearings must be lubricated during maintenance using the grease fitting located on the vibration motor housing. The required grease quantity is specified in the Vibration Motor User Manual.

painting

Vibration motors are painted with the color RAL 1003 using the electrostatic painting process
