FLANGED VIBRATION MOTORS
Flange vibration motors with a maximum centrifugal force of 2080 kgf (20.4 kN) are suitable for vibration machine manufacturers and other industrial sectors.

Power supply
The vibration motors are powered by a standard 230 volt single-phase or 230 Δ/400 Y volt three-phase power supply at 50-60 Hz. Please contact us for specific voltage and frequency rates.
electric motor
Electric motors with flange vibration motors have higher starting torques than conventional asynchronous electric motors. Standard Miksan Motor's single-phase flange vibration motors feature a permanently split capacitor. The design takes into account the problem of overheating of the vibration motor, as there is no ventilation system.
polarity
Vibration motors are manufactured as standard in 2- or 4-pole versions.
Motor shaft
The motor shaft of the vibration motors is made of C45 structural steel.
rotor
The rotor is manufactured by injecting high-alloy aluminum into the channel of the packed silicon sheet.
warehouse
The series with lower centrifugal force (from the VYF to the VCF series) are equipped with deep groove ball bearings (2Z) with C3 internal clearance. The series with higher centrifugal force (VDF and VEF series) are equipped with cylindrical roller bearings (NJ series) with C4 internal clearance. All of the bearings we use are suitable for use in severe conditions.
Eccentric weights
Depending on the type of vibration motor, the weights can be easily adjusted by turning or pulling them out.
Housing
The housing of the vibration motor is made of high-alloy aluminum from the VYF to VEF series. Spheroidal cast iron (GGG 50) is used for the housing of vibration motors with higher centrifugal force (VEF series).
Cover for eccentric weights
The cover of the eccentric weights is made of sheet metal up to the VK series. The purpose of the eccentric weight covers is to protect the eccentric weights from external influences and ensure safety.
Insulation class
The insulation class of our standard vibration motor is F-Class (155 °C).
Strength of protection
The protection class is IP 66.
lubrication
With the exception of vibration motors that use self-lubricating bearings (deep groove ball bearings – 2Z), the bearing rings of vibration motors (NJ series) are lubricated in our factory. In addition, the bearings must be lubricated during maintenance using the grease nipple located on the vibration motor housing. The required grease quantity is specified in the "Vibration Motor User Manual."
